Dear Colleagues,
According to the Guidelines from the SAFP (Attachment 1), considering the current pandemic prevention requirement due to the novel coronavirus infectious diseases and the need to provide appropriate level of services to the public, the work arrangements of the University from 4 July to 8 July 2022 are as follows:
- During this period, the University will only maintain limited services at different timeslots to the public, and appointment shall be made via online or by telephone in advance.
- The head of each unit, based on the actual needs, may maintain a minimum number of staff members to provide services to the public. Appropriate work arrangement should be made in consideration of the physical condition of staff members (such as pregnancy) and for those who need to take care of the elderly or young children at home. In addition, on-campus work arrangements for staff members with yellow health code should be avoided.
- To maintain the core works and services as per the contingency plan for epidemic outbreak provided by each unit earlier, the head of each unit should arrange staff members to work in teams, in different locations, remotely, through closed-loop or online works.
- Staff members who are not assigned to work on campus or at designated locations will be considered as justifiable absence, but they must fulfill their obligations. Unless it is urgent or necessary, they should stay at home and avoid going out to reduce the risk of virus transmission.
Please refer to the attached guidelines for details.
Thank you for your attention!
