Dear Staff and Students,

Please be informed that a recruitment exam by government department will be held on campus on 15 August 2020 (Saturday). The exam will start from 15:00 to 17:00, and the expected number of candidates is around 3,700. The exam venues are spread out in different faculty buildings ( E3, E11, E21, E22, E32 & E33 ). We expect the venues will be resumed at around 19:00 on that day.

As large number of people will be coming into the campus, there will be certain degree of traffic congestion and high demand on public transport on that day. Please allow extra time for commuting to and from UM campus.
