Dear Students,
The
Human Resources Section of the Office of Administration
is now recruiting
student trainee(s)
for assisting in general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Issue UM campus cards;
Provide support to general counter service;
Assist in handling recruitment applications, examinations and interviews arrangement;
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Year 1 or 2 students are preferred;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good command of English and Chinese;
Strong responsibility and positive working attitude.
Other details
Working Time:
Monday to Friday (at least 12 hours weekly)
Hourly Rate:
MOP 48 per hour
Working Location:
Human Resources Section, Office of Administration (N6, Administration Building, 4th Floor)
