It is a platform where you can get familiarized with our services, learn about HR How-tos, get updates on staff-related training and activities, and obtain practical information on your procurement request and procedures, etc.
The most frequently enquired HR topics are placed on an eye-catching front page for your easy access.
As for procurement, a new function “Tender Enquiry” is now available to search for the status of your tender. Go to “Procurement” à “For Staff” à “Tender Enquiry”, input the Procurement Request number of your tender in the enquiry system, it will then show you the current status of your tender.
Information of Tender Schedule and Tender Procedures are all readily available for reference in ADMO’s website now.
ADMO provides a wide range of services for different groups of users in the University community. Our two sections: Human Resources Section https://hrs.admo.umac.mo/ and Procurement Section https://pct.admo.umac.mo/ strive to deliver professional administrative services.
