UM Holds “The Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony”
The University of Macau (UM) held the “The Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony” on 18 May 2021 at the University Hall (N2) to show gratitude and to commend staff for their long-term contribution and outstanding performances.
This year, the University presented Long Service Award to 169 staff who have served the University for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years, while 19 administrative staff was presented the Outstanding Administrative Staff Award for their outstanding performances. Over 120 participants including Rector, Vice Rectors, Heads of Units and awardees attended the ceremony.
Rector Yonghua Song delivered his warmest congratulations and gratitude to all the awardees. He hopes that all colleagues will continue to build an efficient working environment, to enhance teaching quality and to strive towards the goal of becoming a university of excellence that is the pride of Macao residents and recognised by academic communities both at home and abroad.
