Dear Students,

The Office of Administration (ADMO) is now recruiting student trainees for assisting in general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in general counter service and handling documentation;
- Assist in answering general enquiries;
- Assist in document delivery;
- Assist in application and management of the consumable stock requisition;
- Provide other administrative supports as assigned.

Requirements:
- Postgraduate students are preferable;
- Both local and non-local students are welcome;
- Students who can assume duty from mid-November are preferable.

Working Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00
(working schedule can be arranged in accordance with student studying timetable)
Hourly Rate:MOP40 per hour
Working Location:Office of Administration (N6, Administration Building, 4th Floor)
