Dear colleagues,
UM cares about the well-being of staff as always and in order to show the University's care and appreciation towards the staff, the one-time Dental Care Sponsorship Scheme will be offered again this year. Please find the details as follows:
| Eligibility | All regular staff, including new staff employed during the Scheme period |
| Duration | 1 Mar 2019 to 31 Dec 2019
* Dental consultation must be carried out during staff's service period in UM. |
| Sponsored Amount | MOP1,000 at maximum |
| Medical Institution | Registered dentists / medical institutions in Macao. |
| Coverage | All dental treatments including scaling & polishing, filling, extraction, etc. |
| Reimbursement Procedures |
- Staff shall pay first;
- Fill in the attached reimbursement form and submit together with the original receipts to Human Resources Section within 30 days from the day on which the medical expenses are paid, or by 2 Jan 2020 (whichever is earlier). Reimbursement requests submitted after 2 Jan 2020 will not be accepted;
- The reimbursement will be settled through autopay via Finance Office upon approval.

| Remarks |
- No limit on the number of dental visits.
- Any medical expenses settled by the medical coupon issued by the Health Bureau of Macao SAR Government will not be reimbursed.
