Dear Colleagues,

The second call for Centralized Procurement of Electrical appliances & AV equipment is open from now to 24 Aug 2018, 5:30 p.m.

Requesting units are to observe the procedures below:
1. For AV equipment, units should request justification from AV team of CMDO-FMM (Deadline of requests submission to <FMM_AV>: on/before 10 Aug 2018)
2. Raise e-PR forms:
Please note that the following items are NOT included in this Centralized Procurement exercise:
-Items which required sample submission or involves works (such as site visit and cabling)
-Exclusive items offered by sole supplier/agent/manufacturer
-Photography equipment (such as camera, tripod, etc.)
-Office machines (such as shredder, fax machine, etc.)

After receiving your purchase requests, PCT will then consolidate all requested items from different units, start the procurement process, and confirm items with the requesting units after receiving quotations and before order will be placed. Expected delivery will be in October – November 2018.

Kindly forward this email to relevant personnel of your unit for necessary follow-up and information.
