Dear Colleagues,
Offered by the Health Bureau of Government of Macao SAR, UM staff will be arranged to receive the winter influenza vaccination for free on campus in late November for prevention from the winter influenza and protection of personal health. The vaccination date will be announced in due course. For interested parties, please click e-form for registration on or before 20 September 2019 (Friday).
Note:
1. Please consult your family doctor before signing up for the vaccination.
2. Please be reminded to fill in your Registration Card number of Government Hospitals (if any).
