課程大綱 | : | The principle, pattern and skills of performance management will be introduced in this course, enabling the participants to set up performance goals, conduct performance appraisal and making plans of job performance. Communications with the subordinates and management will be improved after the participants acquire the skills of conducting performance appraisal in this course.
課程將向學員教授工作綪效管理的原理、模式和技巧,以協助學員靈活運用以制定工作表現目標、進行績效評核及工作表現計劃,並掌握進行工作表現管理評核會議的技巧,以能增進與員工之溝通和管理質素。
