Dear Colleagues,

The first call for Centralized Procurement of IT equipment and photocopier (including rental and purchase of photocopier) is open from now to 9 March 2018, 5:30 p.m.

Requesting units should follow the procedures below: PCT will then consolidate all requested items from different units, start the procurement process, and confirm items with the requesting units after receiving quotations and before order will be placed.

Expected delivery will be in May-Jun 2018 (except for photocopiers rental service which will be in July 2018 or after).

Kindly forward this email to relevant personnel of your unit for necessary follow-up and information.
