Dear Colleagues,
According to the Chief Executive Dispatch no. 120/2022 and Guidelines from the SAFP (Attachment 1), in order to control the spread of novel coronavirus infectious diseases in Macau SAR, all the public administration departments will continue to remain closed from 18 to 22 July 2022, except for those departments that provide emergency and necessary services.
The above-mentioned stipulation does not affect the leading officers in arranging staff members to go to work or provide necessary duties/ services to support the works of epidemic prevention or other works in the interest of the public. During the period of exemption from work, the unit heads can request staff members to return to work at the office or work from home according to the needs of the department.
All staff members must fulfill their obligations and strictly comply with the Chief Executive Dispatch no. 119/2022 to stay at home. They must wear a KN95 face mask or a face mask above such standard, when going out due to necessary work, or for purchasing essential items or any other emergencies, in order to fully cooperate with the anti-epidemic policy of the Government of Macau SAR.
In addition, staff members should pay close attention to announcements of the University.
