Dear Colleagues,

Greetings from the Human Resources Section (HRS)!

To provide support for our staff members who plan to apply for Macao Residency, we have launched the service to accompany our staff members to visit the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) for application submission.

The service schedule in July 2022 will be as following:
a) 5 July 2022 (Tuesday) morning session

b) 19 July 2022 (Tuesday) morning session

To enroll, please fill in the table below and send it by email to hrs_macaoresidency@um.edu.mo on or before 28 June 2022 (Tuesday). We will then make appointment with IPIM and the appointment details will be sent upon confirmation.

1^st time Application / Renewal Unit Staff No. Name in English Passport/ID No. Mobile No. Remark (such as preferred date & time, if any)

Points to note:

The maximum quota for each session is 3 persons. If the no. of enrollment exceeds the quota, we may need to arrange some appointments to next month.

· This service aims to provide assistance to our staff members who are not familiar with the Macao Residency application process. Priority will be given to staff members who are submitting 1^st time application.

· Please prepare the materials for application in advance and bring them with you on appointment day.
