課程大綱		:For staff members to gain an accurate understanding on the concepts of country then home, independence of national sovereignty and territorial integrity are critical to maintain the political stability, economy development and peaceful environment of the Macao SAR.
  1. Development purpose of the holistic approach to national security
  2. Central tenets and focus of the holistic approach to national security
  3. Construction of national security system
