It is time to start with the Mid-year Interview for administrative staff who shall conduct a Full Appraisal for Year 2019 (the staff list will be sent to relevant units in a separate e-mail.)
The purpose of the Mid-year Interview is to ensure that the established goals have been followed in the first half of the year and to let appraisees receive up-to-date feedbacks on their performance from their superiors.
