各位同事：

Please be reminded that Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is going to set up booth tomorrow (21/06/2019) in campus for your pick up of applied bank account documents and credit card. The booth also provides banking services such as bank account or credit card application. Please see the below content for your information.

提提您: 中國工商銀行將於明天 (6月21日) 在澳大校園進行攤位櫃台服務，以便大家領取已申請的開戶文件及信用卡。櫃台亦設有業務申請服務，如開設銀行戶口、開辦信用卡等。有關詳情請參閱以下內容。

Time:12:00 - 17:00
Location:UM Guest House Corridor (N1)
Service:
  • Collection of applied bank account documents / credit cards *
  • Application of bank account / credit card
Documents Needed:For collection of applied bank account documents / credit cards:
  • Identity document

For application of bank account documents / credit cards: **
  • Copy of identity document
  • Copy of residential address proof (within 3 months)
  • Copy of latest one month payroll slip
* If you are not available to pick up on 21 June 2019 in campus, your documents will be sent to ICBC bank (Galaxy Branch, opening hours, Mon - Sun, 10:00 - 18:30, except banking holidays) and you will be informed by bank for the collection via SMS.
** Printing service will not be available at the booth.
