Dear Colleagues,
For preparation of year-end accounts closing for the fiscal year 2021, purchase request forms (PR forms) which are utilizing 2021 budget and are to be processed by ADMO-PCT are advised to be sent to ADMO-PCT
on or before 18 Oct 2021 (Monday)
.
To ensure your purchase arrive timely, please submit these PR forms as soon as possible if the purchases:
(a) require a longer delivery/completion period;
(b) require technical units to comment on technical items, such as IT equipment, AV equipment and dangerous goods. Definition of these technical items can be found in
ADMO website
.
