To simplify the sea transportation arrangement for UM, UM has established a corporate account in TurboJet (Shun Tak - China Travel Ship Management Limited) effective from now to 5 June 2019.
The aim of establishing corporate account is to streamline the administrative process, and to reduce procedures and time for arranging official sea travelling. Through establishing a corporate account, our senior management, staff, students and visitors will enjoy more convenience and flexible sea travelling arrangements such as:
- Online reservation
- Mobile phone app support
- Monthly statement: reduce frequency of reimbursement
- 5% discount per ticket
- Land transfer (For particular types of ticket only)
Despite the set up of corporate account in TurboJet, units can freely choose their preferred sea carriers by going through regular procurement process.
To set up the online reservation account of your unit, please assign a colleague who handles official trip arrangement as the contact person and inform us his/her name through firstname.lastname@example.org. The account user ID and password will be sent to the assigned colleagues via email after TurboJet has processed our applications.
Human Resources Section will organize a seminar to explain the details of related procedures, and invite the representative of TurboJet to answer questions. The details of the seminar are as follows:
