Dear Colleagues,
Offered by the Health Bureau of Government of Macao SAR, UM staff will be arranged to receive the winter influenza vaccination for free on campus in late October to early November for prevention from the winter influenza and protection of personal health. The vaccination date will be announced in due course. For interested parties, please click e-form for registration on or before 25 September 2020 (Friday).
Note:
- Please consult your family doctor before signing up for the vaccination.
- The patient card (commonly known as gold card) issued by Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. is compulsory in order to have the vaccination. If you do not have it now, you may register by the deadline first, and leave that column blank on the e-form in the meantime.
