Dear Colleagues,
The first call for Centralized Procurement of
IT equipment and photocopier
(including rental and purchase of photocopier)
is open from now to
9 March 2018, 5:30 p.m
.
Requesting units should follow the procedures below:
1. For item with price estimation > MOP2,000 :
a. Units should request justification from ICTO (Deadline of Requests Submission to ICTO
:
on

before 23 Feb 2018
)

OR
-
b. Units prepare the justification by its technician (if any);
2. Fill in the attached procurement list;
3. Email
the soft copies of justification
and
procurement list (in excel format)
to
<PCT_Centralized_Procurement
>
4. Deliver
the signed hard-copy of procurement list
to PCT office.

PCT will then consolidate all requested items from different units, start the procurement process, and confirm items with the requesting units after receiving quotations and
before order will be placed.
Expected delivery will be in
May-Jun 2018 (except for photocopiers rental service which will be in July 2018 or after)
