For planning the annual leave of Year 2023 and in accordance with Article 16 of Chapter 1 of the Rules of the Personnel Affairs of the University of Macau, staff members are advised to fill in the attached form of “Leave Plan 2023” and enjoy their annual leave as planned or approved. The completed form will be submitted to the heads concerned for approval and be kept in the units concerned for record (It is not necessary to submit the form to the Human Resources Section).
Meanwhile, as the end of Year 2022 is approaching, it is time to arrange the unused annual leave for the rest of this year. And if staff member is compensated by leave for overtime work, please plan ahead and enjoy the compensation leave(s) at the earliest or before the end of each year, without affecting the unit’s operation.
