Dear Colleagues,
The Election for the 7th Legislative Assembly of Macao will be held on 12 September 2021. Pursuant to Article 72 of the Electoral Law for the Legislative Assembly of Macao Special Administrative Region, approved by Law No. 3/2001, subsequently amended by Law No. 11/2008, Law No. 12/2012 and Law No. 9/2016, and republished through the Chief Executive’s Dispatch No. 21/2017, employees of public entities must strictly maintain neutrality and impartiality when performing their duties.
An online seminar on "Clean Election" is therefore scheduled on 25 August 2021 (Wednesday) with speakers from the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC). Through this seminar, we hope to enhance the awareness among staff members and students, regarding the importance of clean election, as well as their rights and obligations under the related laws.
