In order to effectively work out an annual training plan for civil servants, the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) would like to collect the "Training Needs from 2023 (Quarter 2) to 2024 (Quarter 4)" via the Management and Services Platform for Civil Servants (G2E Platform).
Please click this link to fill out the training needs (available in Chinese and Portuguese) on the G2E Platform from 9 January 2023 to 31 January 2023. The approval flow and steps are illustrated as follows:

For staff members who have not applied for the “Personnel Login Account (工作人員登入號)”, please fill out the e-form and submit the signed hard copy to Ms. Cindy Lo or Ms. Josephine Wu of Human Resources Section (ext. 8543/8696). SAFP will then confirm the registration by sending the “activation code” via SMS. Please follow the instructions in the SMS to activate your account by then.
