Dear Colleagues,

We are glad to inform that UM colleagues are now eligible to register for the membership with the SAFP Welfare Association. Details of the arrangement are as the following:

Apply for SAFP Welfare Association membership
According to the Executive Order No. 29/2008, UM colleagues and their family members (those with family subsidy) can now apply for membership with the SAFP Welfare Association, to participate in various kinds of activities and to enjoy the privileges for members.

To apply for membership, UM colleagues (or family member(s) with family subsidy) are required to submit the following documents to the Human Resources Section before the 20th of each month:

1. Application form (The form namely "The DASFP Modelo 001" can be downloaded from the SAFP website: https://www.safp.gov.mo/safppt/form/formservant/index.htm and then to be stamped by the HRS) 2. One I.D. copy
3. One 1.5 inch photos (pasted in the application form)
4. Payroll Slip (the most recent month)

Remarks :
  • HRS will gather all the documents into one batch and then send them to the SAFP at the end of each month.
  • All the applications from UM are regarded as first-time registration.
  • The Human Resources Section will assist colleagues and their family members in applying for the renewal of the SAFP Welfare Association membership. Therefore, colleagues do not need to apply and submit any forms to SAFP on their own.
  • For members who would like to discontinue the renewal of memberships by the Human Resources Section, please send email to hr_recreation@um.edu.mo for arrangement.
