Dear Colleagues,

In order to cope with the actual approval process for venue application as well as revising the wordings, the University of Macau Rules on Internal Use of Venue has been amended accordingly.

The major revision is venue reservation, equipment and setup requests from internal units must be made at least 10 working days prior to the first day of the use of venue. The result for the venue reservation will be sent by email to the requesting unit within 6 working days.

The above rules has been approved by Rector and comes into effect.
