Renewal of University name card printing quotations and application form

Dear Colleagues,

The annual written consultation and the relevant selection procedure for name card printing for the period from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 have been conducted by the Procurement Section, according to the selection result, the offer provided by Tipografia Vui Fong Limitada is the lowest among the qualified offers.

Please be reminded that a minimum order quantity was specified in the Tipografia Vui Fong Limitada ‘s quotation. If departments follow the result above, please place order for at least 400 name cards per purchase order. The 400 name cards can be ordered for 1 staff or multiple staff.

You may reach the updated Quotations and Name Card Printing Application Form on the Office of Administration website.

In addition, in order to better record the name card purchase orders placed by various departments and facilitate future purchases and any follow-up actions, department applicants kindly obtain a log number by sending an e-mail to the "PCT_NameCards_grp" after the Name Card Printing Application Form is approved.

Nevertheless, when necessary, the departments can still process the procurement for printing name card on their own according to actual needs (no need to fill in the Name Card Printing Application Form, but it should be noted that the printing of name card must comply with the "The University of Macau Guidelines for Name Card Design " formulated by the Communications Office.
