Dear Provident Fund Scheme Member,
To secure your access to the provident fund online account, the Manulife (International) Limited (hereinafter refer to "Manulife") has earlier notified each member through their registered email address regarding the launch of the "Two-Factor Authentication", which will take effect from Nov 2019.
By then, when you log in to the Manulife's personal account (https://www.manulife.com.hk), you will need to input the one-time PIN in addition to the password, which will be sent to your registered email address or mobile phone number.
To ensure continued access to the Manulife's service, please update your mobile phone number and email address by one of the following methods, if necessary:
- Log in to the Manulife’s personal account, and go to the "Account Setting" page to update the contact information; or
- Complete the "Change of Contact Details Form" (Attachment 1) and send to the Human Resources Section of Office of Administration, our Section will assist to forward the form to the Manulife.
Moreover, a "P-fund seminar" will be held by the Manulife in the University on 25 Sep 2019 (Wednesday), you can consult with the Manulife representatives for any enquiries on P-fund Scheme or the above mentioned authentication.
