(Reminder) Year-end Closing for Fiscal Year 2018: Submission of purchase requests (PR forms) to ADMO-PCT (Deadline: 19/10/2018 )

Dear Colleagues,

With reference to the year-end accounts closing schedule announced by FO for the fiscal year 2018, purchase requests (PRs) utilizing 2018 budget which are to be processed by ADMO-PCT should be raised and submitted to ADMO-PCT on or before 19 Oct 2018 (Friday). After that, only exceptional cases which are extremely urgent or with strong justifications would be considered.

Please note that the requests for goods/services that require a longer delivery period should be submitted earlier to ensure timely delivery.

Moreover, for PR cases processed by ADMO-PCT, all ORIGINAL invoices should be confirmed and passed to ADMO-PCT on or before 2 Jan 2019 for settlement with 2018 budget.
