In order to enhance UM staff members’ understanding of our country, the Human Resources Section of the Office of Administration organised an in-house training course on “Name, Chronicle, Capital and Anthem of the People’s Republic of China” via zoom on 18 October 2021.
Dr. KONG Wa, senior instructor of the Faculty of Law, shared the history of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, including the decision of the national name, chronicle, capital and anthem with precious documentary videos. Over 190 staff members attended the training.
The University hopes that this training can enhance staff members' knowledge in the history of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, promoting patriotism and strengthening their national pride.
