To provide opportunities for your development, the Human Resources Section is going to hold the following training courses in April 2022:

Introduction to Constitutional Law and Basic Law 憲法與基本法導論 Course Title 課程名稱 : Introduction to Constitutional Law and Basic Law 憲法與基本法導論 Course Outline 課程大綱 : Objectives of the enactment and enforcement of the Constitutional Law Principle and content of the Constitutional Law Legal protection provided by the Constitutional Law to the nation Purpose of "One Country, Two Systems" Principle and content of the Basic Law Relationship between the Basic Law and "One Country, Two Systems" 制定憲法和實施憲法的目標 憲法的基本理論及內容 憲法如何為國家提供法律保障 一國兩制之目的 基本法的基本理論及內容 基本法與一國兩制之關係 Trainer 導師 : Prof. LOK Wai Kin of Faculty of Law (FLL) Director of Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies 法學院憲法與基本法研究中心主任 駱偉建教授 Targets 對象 : Principal Administrative Assistants, Senior Administrative Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Principal Clerks, Senior Clerks, Clerks, Skilled Workers, Semi-Skilled Workers and Janitors (or equivalent ranks) 特級行政助理、高級行政助理、行政助理、特級文員、高級文員、文員、技術工人、半技術工人及雜務人員（或同等職級） National Affairs training courses are compulsory for staff. Therefore, each staff should attend at least one National Affairs training course in 2022. 國情培訓課程為員工必修課程，每位員工於2022年度必須報讀並完成至少一個國情培訓課程。 Date and Time 日期及時間 : 27 April 2022 (Wednesday) 2022年4月27日(星期三) 10:00 - 13:00 Duration 總時數 : 3 hours 三小時 Certification 證書頒發 : Participants will be awarded a certificate 出席之學員將獲發證書 Language 授課語言 : Mandarin 普通話 Venue 上課地點 : E4-1061 Class arrangement will be adjusted according to the pandemic situation and the course may be conducted via Zoom if necessary. Please note: 注意事項： Please fill in all the information requested in the enrollment form, or else that form will be voided. In case there are more than one applicant from the same unit, kindly be reminded to indicate the priority of each applicant. It is suggested to gather all the forms and submit to the respective head for filling in the priority. 請填滿報名表上一切資料，否則該表作廢。 當同一部門有超過一名員工報名時，務請分別指出各人的優先次序。部門可統一收集報名表後交給該部門主管填寫次序。
