Dear Students,

The Student Services and Cultural Program Team of the Student Affairs Office (SAO) is now recruiting student trainee(s) and is looking for high-calibre candidate(s) to assist in events, daily office operations, social media updates and other clerical tasks.

Requirements:

Experience:Not limited
Education: Undergraduate local student in UM, preferably majoring in Communications, Engineering, English Studies, Portuguese Studies or related disciplines.
Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English. Good command of Mandarin and Portuguese is an advantage.
Computer skill: Good command of
  • Microsoft Excel;
  • English & Chinese word processing.
Other attributes: Personality:
  • Self-motivated;
  • responsible;
  • process good critical thinking skills;
  • attention to detail.

Skill:
  • Photo & Video Taking;
  • Photo Editing;
  • Video Editing;
  • Poster Design;
  • Website Update (WordPress);
  • Wechat Post Design.

What we offer:

Salary:MOP 48 per hour

Maximum 15 hours per week for each student trainee (including all training hours offered by UM). No payment will be made for excessive time over the maximum allowable hours
Time: Flexible, with a working schedule of at least 6 hrs per week
