澳門大學管樂團
UM Symphonic Band
澳門大學管樂團於2007年4月正式成立，是澳門唯一一個由大專院校成立的管樂團。管樂團為澳門大學愛好管樂演奏的學生提供正規訓練，並為他們構建一個演出及交流的平臺，籍此在校園推廣文化藝術，推動澳門音樂藝術的發展。管樂團定期組織練習並曾多次參與校內外的大型演出，如健康大學週啟動儀式﹑澳門大學開放日﹑四川大地震賑災慈善晚會﹑公益金百萬行 ﹑澳門大學文化藝術節﹑上海世博會«年輕的世博»之世界校大聯歡 – 名校音樂專場及聯演﹑澳門管樂繽紛﹑澳門大學畢業典禮﹑澳門大學新校園開幕典禮及多場校園音樂會。
Established in April of 2007, the UMacau Symphonic Band is the unique college band of this kind in the Macao SAR. It is aimed to provide formal training for interested students in the University and create a platform for performance and exchange, thus promoting arts and culture on campus and boosting the development of band music in the local community.
The debut concert of UM Symphonic Band took place in November 2007. Afterwards several large-scale performances were staged in and outside the University, such as the "Healthy University Week" Launch Ceremony, UM Open Day, Charity Concert for Sichuan Earthquake Victims, Walk for a Million, UM Cultural Arts Festival, Shanghai World Expo Music Festival, Macau Band Fair, UM Congregation, UM New Campus Inauguration and various campus concerts. |
