According to FMC decision dated on 31 March 2021, the following PGH residence fee will be effective from Academic Year 2021/2022. The latest stipulations about residence fee are subject to PGH website announcement. For details, please refer to: https://srs.sao.um.edu.mo/accommodation-fee-charges/

PGH residence fee includes MOP100 monthly electricity quota, MOP50 monthly water quota and internet.

Points to note:

·All payments should be made before the stated due dates; otherwise overdue administrative charge (3% on the overdue payment) will be levied according to the University rules and regulation. ·Students MUST complete the move-out procedure before moving out PGH. The residence fee and/or summer stay fee will be charged until the move-out procedures are completed.

·Students perform the move-out when approaching/during the residence fee and/or summer stay fee payment period, students must settle the debit note for the full amount of residence fee and/or summer fee first.

·Students who has completed the change room procedure from shared room to single room OR from shared/ single room to suite during the change room period, the entire month of PGH residence fee will be charged on the room type with HIGHER room rate. In addition, students who has completed the change room procedure from single room to shared room OR from suite to single/shared room during the change room period, the entire month of PGH residence fee will also be charged on the room type with HIGHER room rate.

·Students are responsible for any information they provide to Student Resources Section. After the applied Stay Period is confirmed by SRS, NO Extension will be entertained.
