Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the University of Macau:
Train the Trainer Programme (T.T.T.) - "WSF Level 1 Coaching and Refresher Course 2021" was held successfully
In order to promote comprehensive sports development in UM, a squash coaching course - "WSF Level 1 Coaching and Refresher Course 2021" - was held as one of the Train the Trainer Programme (T.T.T.) courses for UM students and staff enhancing their knowledge and techniques in Squash. The course was co-organized by Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) and Macau Squash Association, a total number of 11 members have participated the 6-day course, which was ended successfully on 20 Jun 2021.
The course has invited World Squash Association certified coach as well as the Head Coach of Macau Squash Team, Mr. Lim Chee Ming, as the main instructor and the representative of Sports Medicine Centre as the physical instructor for the course. The course content includes coaching knowledge and techniques of squash training and scientific sports knowledge of injury prevention and physical training.
The course enables the participated students to enhance their understanding of Squash technical coaching knowledge and students gained rich experience and knowledge with positive feedback.
