Please be informed that ICTO Help Desk introduced the outsourced company to provide support service for extended hours from October to December 2022 (2022/2023 first semester) to mainly extend the support to classes in the computer room and answer general enquiries.
Support service hours are adjusted as follows (excluding public holidays):

Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. |
Saturday | 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. |
