NOTICE: Arrangement of Reopening of Some UM Sports Facilities

Dear students and colleagues,

In consideration that some classes will resume, the following UM Sports Facilities will be reopened on 20 April (Monday) too.

(To reopen on 22 April onwards, and will be tentatively suspended during 16 May to 5 June due to Final Exam )

    * Eligible students are those who are approved to live in RCs or PGHs

    In accordance with relevant guidelines against the spread of coronavirus, special arrangements for the sports facilities will be implemented, including limiting the number of users, strengthening the cleaning and disinfection; closing the changing rooms and showers, etc.

    Things to note:

    1. Users must book the facility via [Temporary Online Booking System] successfully at least 1 day in advance (System opens from 10:00 a.m. of 16 April onwards)
    2. All changing rooms, shower rooms and lockers are being closed
    3. Users must register by presenting UM campus card before accessing the facility
    4. Users must:

    Users are advised to observe personal and environmental hygiene. Your kind understanding and cooperation with relevant arrangements for epidemic prevention are much appreciated.

    The Office of Sports Affairs takes health as the primary consideration, and will consider to reopen other sports facilities according to the novel coronavirus pneumonia situation.
