Student Leadership Training Programme "Orientation Camp" The Student Leadership Training Programme held an Orientation Day Camp on September 24–25, 2022. The training included ice-breaking activities, personality tests, and team-building. It provided an opportunity for participants to learn more about themselves and others. The participants’ leadership and communication skills are also improved by completing group tasks together. There are 24 members recruited in this academic year, and they come from 5 faculties. This year, they are going to work with the senior members to accomplish the theme-based project and tasks.
The Orientation Day Camp started with an ice-breaking activity. It aims to promote understanding among the participants. Afterwards, a "Four-Color Personality Analysis" training workshop was conducted for the participants. This workshop provides knowledge about the characteristics of each color personality and the method of communication with them. In addition, it is encouraged that the participants apply what they learn from the personality workshop and develop the characteristics of different personalities and the skills to get along with them. In the sharing session, the participants expressed that they had deepened their understanding of themselves and learned the skills of communication in these two days. In addition, they mentioned that it is easier to highlight a person’s characteristics and strengths through completing group tasks and preparing to become a leader in the future.
