Dear colleagues,
The Macao Health Code mobile app is now available for download. Besides generating Health Code, it can also be used for travel record and risk check. When users enter the premises and scan the QR code, their travel record will be saved in the mobile for 28 days. The record will automatically be deleted after 28 days. When there is a confirmed case of COVID-19, with the consent of the confirmed case, the travel record will be uploaded to Health Bureau's system. The places will then be set as "risk location". Users may check themselves if they have ever visited the risk locations.

The applicable age of the inactivated vaccine against COVID-19 is adjusted from 12 years old to 3 years old. In other words, this vaccine is applicable to persons aged 3 to under 60 years old, as well as healthy persons who are over 60 years old with increased risk of exposure. The applicable age of mRNA vaccine remains at 12 years old and over.

The Macao government highly encourages all of us to vaccinate against COVID-19 as soon as possible. You will be basically protected with the 1st two doses. The protective effect will be strengthened with the 3rd dose.
