English
    To: All Users

    ICTO has recently discovered different kinds of phishing e-mail incidents. Hackers usually take advantage of some critical incidence such as system vulnerability, epidemic, serious natural disaster or accident, to scam users' accounts and passwords, personal data and money by sending relevant fake news disseminated in different channels including email, social networking, and instant messaging, etc. Scammers will keep changing the way of fraud, therefore, you should stay alert all the time and remember “Stop and Think! Do Fact Check!”.

    Dos and Don'ts for Handling Suspicious Emails
    • DON'T respond to this kind of emails or provide your personal information including your user name and password;
    • DO browse the official site for the news to identify the authenticity;
    • DON'T arbitrarily forward emails or news. Mass messaging indiscriminately will lead to abuse. Spreading fake news or rumor, you may violate the relevant laws;
    • If you accidentally respond to a phishing email, DO contact our Help Desk as soon as possible.
