Dear colleagues and students,

Recently, confirmed cases of COVID-19 were found in neighboring areas, and close-contacts and 2nd-close-contacts were identified in Macao. As participants have to take off their masks during catering events which usually last for a relatively long period of time, the risk of transmission is high. In that case, Health Bureau has issued the "Advice on the Management of Group Catering Events" as below (Chinese only). When the number of participants of catering events is over 200, participants are required to show their negative result of nucleic acid test.

Lastly, all UM members are reminded to implement all anti-pandemic measures strictly, including cleaning and disinfection, temperature measurement, showing Macao Heath Code and venue code, wearing masks and personal hygiene.
