Dear colleagues and students,

Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre has updated the "Advice on the Management of Collective Festive Events, and Recreational and Sports Activities". The maximum spectator capacity limit can be adjusted to 75% when the following condition is fulfilled:

"If all individuals in the event (including staff, performers, participants, spectators, etc.) have completed the full primary series of COVID-19 vaccine for 14 days (for inactivated or mRNA vaccines, the primary vaccination course consists of 2 doses) or hold a negative report of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours, a spectator capacity of 75% would be allowed; otherwise, a minimum distance of 1 metre should be maintained between seats and a 50% capacity limit would be applied. "
