If you share common activity track with confirmed cases of COVID-19, you should take the initiative to inform the following 3 units immediately and honestly:
1) Health Bureau: Send a text message to 633 37492 or 6333 7593, including the location, time, name, and contact phone number. Health Bureau will follow up the case accordingly.
