Train the Trainer Programme (T.T.T.) - Workshop of "Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement in Sports: Warm up and Recovery"

Organizer: Office of Sports Affairs (OSA), University of Macau

Objective: OSA is going to launch a series of Athletic Training and Physical Fitness Workshops to enrich the knowledge of sports injury prevention and physical fitness for sports team members and sports lovers in UM.

Workshop Outline:
- Traditional vs. modern warm-up

- Elements of training in competitive sports

- Exercises and tools for warm-up and recovery

Target Participant:
All UM Students

Quota: 25
(Priority will be given to UM Sports Teams Members, RC & PGH Sports Teams Members, and Students who have participated in Train the Trainer Programmes organized by OSA)
