How to keep yourself from falling into employment traps
如何保護自己避免墮入求職陷阱 |
While graduates are planning for their careers during job hunting season, there is also someone who will set up employment traps, we have gathered “5 Dos and 4 Don'ts” for you to protect yourself：
5 Dos:
- Make sure that the company is operating legally;
- Be alert to unreasonable job advertisements, such as low education or no work experience but high-paid jobs;
- Always remain alert and reject job offers from strangers online;
- Seek advice from family and friends when searching for part-time jobs;
- Need to be vigilant when searching for part-time jobs and refrain from thinking that they can earn quick money on the Internet.
4 Don'ts:
- Don't pay any fees, such as training fees or deposits that the employer ask you to pay;
- Don't buy any products that the company asks you to buy;
- Do not believe in part-time jobs advertisements that claim one could “make huge profits through making purchases first and getting rebates later”；
- Don't sign any contract before you confirm your employment relations with the employer.

求職季，各位畢業生正在如火如荼地展開自己的求職大計，然而也有人設下求職陷阱，我們歸納了求職的『5要4不要』，讓你能夠保護自己：
5要：
- 要確定企業是否合法經營；
- 要對不合乎常理的求職廣告存疑，例如低學歷、無工作經驗要求，卻有高薪的工作；
- 要時刻保持警覺，切勿隨便接受陌生人的工作邀約；
- 要在尋找兼職工作時應徵詢家人、朋友的意見；
- 要小心謹慎，尋找兼職工作時切勿抱有透過網絡賺快錢的心態，以免墮入騙財陷阱。
4不要：
- 不要繳費。拒絕僱主以各種名義要求繳交不合理的費用，例如訓練費、保證金等；
- 不要購買公司以任何名目推出的產品；
- 不要輕信任何表明 “先購物、後回佣，短時間內能賺取暴利”的刷單兼職；
- 不要隨意簽約。在確定勞動關係前，不要隨意簽署任何文件或契約。
