In order to assess the degree of user satisfaction on using the information and communication technology services provided by ICTO, we are conducting an on-line survey to collect the related information and comments, which can help us in planning for continuous improvement and hence to provide better services.
This survey is anonymous and the data collected will be used for result analysis purpose only. All students and staff members will receive an invitation email with an unique survey link in due course. It will take a few minutes for you to complete the survey.
