The Honours College is now looking for student trainees for assisting in office administrative work.

Job description

· Assist in routine administrative work

· Be responsible for office reception

· Respond to students’ inquiry

· Assist to conduct simple data input and analysis

· Provide on-site assistance at college events

· Perform other ad-hoc duties

· Provide other administrative support to the team whenever assigned

Requirements

Punctual, responsible and proactive

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

First

year students of Master Programme will be preferable

Good knowledge of MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint

Stipend and Working Hours

Hourly rate: MOP48

Maximum 72 hours per month for each student trainee (including all training hours offered by UM). No payment will be made for excessive time over the maximum allowable 72 hours

Working hours: 9:30-13:00 and 14:30-18:00, Monday to Friday

Each student trainee is required to provide available working days for roster arrangement by the end of previous month
