Moon Chun Memorial College: Elected to Emeritus status of Incorporated Society of Musicians (ISM)
Dr Patricia Thompson, Knight Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes académiques, and Fellow of the Incorporated Society of Musicians, has been elected to Emeritus status of the ISM.
She was appointed to the ISM Council, its overall governing body, to serve a term as a director of ISM 2000 - 2003
Emeriti are Full Members of the Society, and have such rights and privileges as the Council may decide from time to time.
Founded in 1882, the Incorporated Society of Musicians (ISM) is the UK’s professional body for musicians and nationally recognised subject association for music. It includes 10,000 members across the UK and overseas in all areas of music from performers and composers to all those working within the sector.
