Dear Colleagues and Students,
To further facilitate online teaching, meetings and learning activities conducted by UM staff and teaching assistants, ICTO has upgraded the Zoom online conferencing service to an educational site license for next year in order to provide more Licensed accounts. The Zoom accounts for All Staff and Postgraduates students will be upgraded to Licensed accounts by default in year 2023. Licensed account can host Zoom meeting without duration limit. Please note that new users still need to apply for a Zoom account on the ICTO account page and the cloud recording files remains to be kept for one semester for academic staff.
