Please be informed that ICTO will perform system security update and maintenance on Document Management System (ShareDM) and eForm System during 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on 17, 18 and 19 January, 2022 (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
During the said period, there may be service interruption of the file access, sharing and eForm submission such as "Collection of Proof of Receiving COVID-19 Vaccination". All services will be resumed once the above maintenance jobs are completed.
