Information and Communication Technology Office (ICTO) has been providing support service to all staff and students of the University during the pandemic. In the past two weeks, Help Desk has answered many questions about working from home, accessing data, using administrative applications, online meetings, as well as questions about student accounts and related student applications. Help Desk also provided immediate remote support to assist users on resolving problem.
Help Desk will continue to provide limited IT support service between 4-8 July. Please note the arrangement below.
